Shipping Policy

CLICK & COLLECT

If you would like to collect you order from the store, select click and collect at checkout. Most items are available for same day click and collect, but we will contact you via email when your order is ready for collection.

DELIVERY

All orders placed through our online store are delivered via tracked courier to ensure safe and fast delivery. If you have specific instructions for the courier please add these to the comments section when you check out. Please note that our couriers CANNOT deliver to a PO Box.

FREE FREIGHT OFFER

Orders within New Zealand totaling $100 or more ship for free.

DELIVERY TIMES & ITEM AVAILABILITY

Orders within the North Island are shipped via an overnight courier service. Orders within Waiheke Island and the South Island are shipped via a two-day courier service. however please allow an extra day or two for rural or dangerous goods deliveries. Typical processing times for orders are listed below. These processing times are based on the product availability.

We will do our best to maintain accurate availability information however where an item cannot be shipped out in the above timeframe you will be notified immediately via email.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

A confirmation email containing your order tracking number will be sent to you when your order is shipped. If your tracking number is not recognised please try again in a few hours as there is sometimes a delay while your order awaits courier collection.
